We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Analyst to join a dynamic Human Resources team supporting a leading client in the HR solutions space. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to high-impact recruitment initiatives and support strategic hiring goals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
This role is an initial 6-month contract role with a daily rate up to £200 per day via an Umbrella company. The role is hybrid working with 3 days a week on-site in their Central London and 2 days working from home.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage candidate assessments and interviews, both onsite and online
- Plan and host assessment days, including scheduling, materials preparation, and candidate engagement
- Support assessors and interviewers to deliver high-quality candidate experiences
- Screen candidates via phone and conduct recruiter-led interviews
- Manage candidate communications, job offers, and contract issuance
- Maintain accurate data in recruitment systems and generate insights using Excel
- Implement candidate adjustments and support onboarding activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to understand recruitment needs
- Develop innovative strategies to attract diverse talent and improve recruitment outcomes
- Stay informed on industry trends to enhance recruitment practices

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and CRM systems
- Experience in candidate relationship management and recruitment processes
