Wakefield, West Yorkshire | Office-Based | Full-Time | Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm

We’re Evolve, a team of specialist recruiters connecting exceptional talent with the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Life Sciences industries. We’re looking for a detail-driven Recruitment Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our Wakefield HQ.

A Taster of the Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Recruitment Administrator:

  • Preparing CVs prior to submission to clients, as directed by the recruitment team
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems for confidential client and candidate information
  • Updating and managing internal CRM/database systems with acute accuracy
  • Posting new vacancies on internal systems, ensuring full job details are added promptly
  • Creating, advertising, and managing job ads across various online platforms
  • Providing updates to candidates on application progress
  • Assisting in arranging and confirming interviews over the phone
  • Creating targeted recruitment mailshots to attract candidates
  • Supporting social media activity and content posting using LinkedIn and Canva
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls to the relevant team members
