An expanding business that is going from success to success is currently looking to recruit a Onboarding coordinator to be responsible for HR Compliance, this includes Reference Checking, Right to Work, processing annual checks. HR Assistant / Compliance – Responsibilities

• To review and audit candidate pre-employment checks
• Ensure all checks have been completed including Right to work, DBS checks, reference checks
• To be an expert on UK Right to Work requirements, and point of contact for the business
• To support managers within the business as well as recruiters with any compliance challenges, issues, trends
• Responsible for companywide monitoring process
• Be a process champion for all compliance activities
• To liaise and maintain effective relationships with Administration teams, Line Managers, and field-based staff
• Assist in internal audits and support the preparation of files for external inspection where necessary.
• Provide regular updates and reports on compliance status to the operations team.

HR Assistant/ compliance - Skills and Background required

• Either strong experience in onboarding to include Compliance or pure Compliance administration experience
• Have worked in a large complex business with high work volumes
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong stakeholder management skills
