RECRUITMENT ADMINISTRATOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8.00AM - 5.00PM

£27,000 PER ANNUM

People Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our team in Bellshill, Lanarkshire.

Day to Day Duties

Working as an Administrator for People Solutions your duties will be:

  • Filling and scanning
  • Responding to emails 
  • Completion of payroll
  • Placing adverts
  • Dealing with compliance
  • Answering the phones
  • Meet and greet of candidates

Essential Skills

As an Administrator it is essential that you:

  • Proficient in Microsoft package
  • Communication skills 
  • Writing skills
  • Good customer service and telephone manner

Desirable Skills

  • Previous administration skills or related field

What training is provided?

  • All training provided and additional support throughout
