Account Manager, Recruitment - Mining Industry

The RoleWe're working exclusively with a well-established recruitment agency based in Surrey that specialises in sourcing top-tier talent for the mining industry. They’re now looking to hire an Account Manager to work with key clients and deepen existing relationships in international markets.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Account management of specific clients
• Expanding and identifying new opportunities within existing clients
• Building long-lasting partnerships with clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas
• Working closely with business development teams to ensure smooth recruitment processes

About You

• Proven experience in recruitment and account management
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ideally some exposure to technical or international recruitment
• Driven, entrepreneurial, and confident in client situations
• Focused on problem solving and achieving results
• Fluent French or Mandarin speaker
