Recruitment Account Coordinator 

Monday - Friday: 8am - 4.30pm

£27,000 per annum

People Solutions have an excellent opportunity for an Account Coordinator to join their onsite team in Raunds, Northamptonshire.

This role will be a mixture of office-based administration and on the shopfloor supporting our workers.

 Day to day duties

  • Staff Engagement, interaction and support. 
  • Conducting assessments and inductions for new hires 
  • Managing attendance and dealing with any issues arising 
  • Developing the existing pool of staff to support productivity onsite 
  • Dealing with the escalation of disciplinary matters 
  • Supporting site Account Manager with collation of data for review meetings 
  • Developing a strong working relationship at all levels 

 Essential skills

  • Must have strong administration skills including the use of Microsoft packages such as Excel
  • Must be capable of remaining calm whilst working in a high pressure environment 
  • Must have good communication skills
  • Must be able to work well on your own and as part of a team
  • Good administration skills
  • Must be prepared to be flexible with start/finish times, should this be required

Desirable experience

  • You will be supporting our client’s busy operation so experience of recruitment in a warehouse and industrial sectors would be beneficial
  • We would also consider applications from applicants with experience in Team Leader/Supervisory/Management roles within a warehouse environment. 
  • It would be preferrable if you have your own transport

Training

  • Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
