What You’ll Be Doing:

Sourcing suitable candidates

Screening candidates and conducting telephone interviews

Scheduling and conducting face-to-face interviews

Reviewing applications and ensuring complianceAssisting applicants with documentation and onboardingFollowing our compliance processesBooking successful candidates into training

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or customer serviceStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasksExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience using applicant tracking systemsA confident and professional telephone mannerA keen eye for attention to detail and a calm, patient approachA team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people

 

Valid Driving Licence and you own vehicle is preferred, as you will be required to attend our Eastbourne and Gatwick branches monthly
