• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and hiring managers
• Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
