Job Role: Recovery PractitionerLocation: BarnetRate: £23 P/H LTD Umbrella (£20.33 PAYE INC)Role Overview:- Support service users through treatment and recovery journey- Conduct screening, assessment, and recovery planning- Reduce drug and alcohol-related harm in the community- Promote social reintegration and meaningful lives- Advocate for access to partnership services- Facilitate structured group content for service users- Tailor workshops on topics like anger management, relationships, etc.Requirements:- Strong understanding of substance misuse issues- Experience in group/pod facilitation and conflict management- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Proactive with good IT skills- Knowledge of mental health interventions and best practices- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse professionals and stakeholders- Commitment to information governance and continuous learningFor further information please contact Vinny Kerrigan at Service Care Solutions on
