Your new companyHays have the pleasure of recruiting a fantastic new vacancy in Sheffield City Centre to start May / June 2024.KEY VACANCY INFORMATIONThis role is full time 40 hours a week£27500 salary 12 month fixed term contract100% Office basedMonday to Friday City centre s1 locationImmediate start in May /June 2024 - until June 2025Your new roleThis is a fantastic newly created job opportunity based in Sheffield city centre. An immediate requirement has become available due to a new project within the organisation. This will be a busy role and will suit someone who has previous reception/ administration experience and can demonstrate relevant previous experience upon application. Duties of the role will include;- Be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience when attending the site acting as the first point of contact in the business-Greet all visitors and appropriately support their visit - discuss parking, provide visitor passes, announce visitors, coordination of registration into the offices, explain all relevant health and safety requirements- Attend the front work/ reception desk and source cover where is necessary for lunch breaks etc-General administration tasks including updating spreadsheets and checking off checklists for the running of the reception area-Arrange transport where necessary for staff/ visitors-Liaising with suppliers/ office maintenance regarding deliveries or services for the office-Manage the room booking system, coordinate the meeting rooms, source relevant refreshments etc , coordinate any Audio/ Visual equipment for the meeting rooms-General admin support for the facilities management team-Monitor the reception inbox-General business support tasks-Use of MS OfficeWhat you'll need to succeedThe successful applicant will be able to start with immediate effect and be able to commit to a long-term temporary requirement.Able to attend Sheffield City centre for work Excellent reception and customer service experience is required.Be professional in person and over the phoneExcellent working knowledge of MS Office is required.What you'll get in returnThis role is full time 40 hours a week£27500 salary12 month fixed term contract100% Office basedMonday to Friday City centre s1 locationImmediate start in May /June 2024 - until June 2025 What you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you, but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
