?? Duties: ??

• Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer to the appropriate department.
• Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
• Receive and distribute mail and packages.
• Provide administrative support as needed.

?? Requirements: ??

• Previous reception or customer service experience.
• Proactive and friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programmes.
