We are looking for a professional, proactive, and customer-focused Receptionist. This is a key front-of-house role, responsible for delivering a warm welcome to all visitors and colleagues, while ensuring the smooth and secure operation of reception services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer & Visitor Experience
- Deliver a consistently high standard of welcome to all visitors, ensuring a positive first impression and promoting customer satisfaction and advocacy.
- Act as a central referral point for staff and colleagues, supporting internal communications and providing assistance as needed.
Security & Access Control
- Manage the arrival and departure of all visitors and staff, operating the badge access system in line with company security protocols.
- Monitor and report any security concerns, preventing breaches and maintaining the integrity of the building.
Reception & Administrative Support
- Provide high-quality customer service across reception inboxes and administrative tasks.
- Support other departments with essential admin duties, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Meeting Room & Hospitality Management
- Administer the meeting room booking process, authorising requests and overseeing customer-focused meeting facilities.
- Coordinate hospitality requirements and ensure optimal use of meeting room resources.
Record Keeping & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and accessible records for audit purposes, ensuring compliance with internal standards.
