PURPOSE:

This role ensures a professional and welcoming front-of-house experience while supporting smooth office operations. The Receptionist manages calls, visitors, deliveries, and travel arrangements, alongside administrative tasks. They play a key role in maintaining an efficient and well-presented Head Office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Answer, screen and direct telephone calls
  • Greet people visiting Head Office
  • Manage deliveries and collections on a day to day basis
  • Management of DHL and UPS accounts ensuring invoices are correct
  • Organise couriers for same day packages
  • Organise taxis as required
  • Assist with organisation of Head Office events (e.g. sample sales)
  • Maintain meeting room and showroom diaries
  • Tidy and maintain Meeting Rooms, Showroom and Front of House Areas
  • Maintaining the stationery cupboard and stationery requests
  • Manage UK and international travel and accommodation bookings for members of staff within Head Office/UK stores
  • Visa requests for colleagues travelling worldwide
  • Assist Facilities Assistant with their role for sickness/holiday cover
  • Support in any other adhoc duties as required by the Facilities Manager

THE PERSON:

  • Confident and approachable
  • Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
  • Experience within a similar role
  • Able to multi-task and organized

HOURS:
