Receptionist - Prospect Us : Job Details

We are delighted to be supporting a London-based higher education institution in their search for a temporary Receptionist to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role based in Central London for an initial period of 3-months.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment and enjoys creating welcoming, engaging spaces for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, including students, alumni, and staff.
• Taking pride in the space by conducting daily walkarounds and ensuring it remains clean, organised, and inviting.
• Acting as the first point of contact for enquiries, helping to deliver a seamless experience for all visitors.
• Building strong relationships with internal teams to support collaborative working and a positive atmosphere.
• Promoting health and safety and equality policies in line with institutional standards.
• Supporting ad hoc tasks and contributing to the smooth running of the space.
