Receptionist – Boutique Family Office (Ad-hoc Temp Cover)A boutique investment family office is looking for a proactive Receptionist to provide cover for ad-hoc holidays throughout the year in their high-end townhouse office.This role is heavily customer service focused, offering a 5* experience to HNWs. You’ll be working on an ad-hoc basis, 8:30am – 5:30pm, based in the heart of the West End.If you’re seeking flexible temporary work and have the relevant experience, we’d love to hear from you.What You’ll DoThis is a varied reception role in a boutique environment with high expectations:
- Meet and greet clients, offering teas and coffees
- Build relationships with internal senior leadership
- Handle incoming phone enquiries
- Manage meeting rooms, including preparation and light IT troubleshooting
- Oversee incoming and outgoing post
- Provide ad-hoc support to the EA (e.g. booking taxis, expenses, scanning, printing)
- Ensure the townhouse is kept neat and tidy, restock supplies, and support facilities awareness
Who You AreTo be successful, you’ll bring experience in a similar high-end reception role. You’ll be organised, well-presented, and have a natural ‘can-do’ attitude, with the ability to deliver exceptional service to HNW individuals.Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in a family office, UHNW, chalet, or yachting environment
- Proactive and confident using initiative
- Happy to sign an NDA
- Highly personable with a positive, professional manner
- Flexible schedule for ad-hoc support
- Exceptionally organised and able to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
