Join Our Team as a Temporary Receptionist! �?

Are you a friendly and organised individual looking to make a difference in the charity sector? Our client is seeking a cheerful Receptionist to support their team in Shoreditch, London, for a temporary assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to be the welcoming face of an impactful organisation!

?? Location: Shoreditch, just a 7-minute walk from Old Street train station!?? Dates: 9th, 10th, and 11th September (More dates for the rest of the year!) ?? Hours:

• 9th September: 1 PM - 5 PM
• 10th & 11th September: 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM

�? Your Responsibilities:

• Cover the Phones: Be the friendly voice on the other end! ??
• Meet and Greet: Welcome guests with a smile and assist them as needed. ??
• Office Tidiness: Keep the office space tidy and inviting for everyone. ??
• Visitor Management: Sign in visitors and co-working members efficiently. ??

??? Requirements:

• Health & Safety Certificate
• Fire Marshal Certificate

• A positive attitude and a passion for helping others
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
• Previous experience in a receptionist or similar role is a plus!
