Some of your duties will include:

• Greeting visitors on arrival to ensure that they are made to feel welcome
• Ensuring that all visitors sign in and out and are provided with security passes
• Operating the main switchboard and dealing with incoming telephone calls
• Recording all absences on the computer system and following absences up
• Ensuring all students sign in and hand in any mobile devices
• Dealing with queries received from staff, students and parents
