Receptionist

A professional and committed Receptionist is required to join a small, local Company and manage their reception area, excellent opportunities are available for the right person.

Some of your duties will include:

• Managing the reception area, greeting visitors and announcing their arrival
• Answering incoming telephone calls and transferring callers to relevant staff member
• Dealing with general telephone or online enquiries and resolving all issues
• Managing sales enquiries and ensuring these are forwarded to Broker
• Setting up new client details on computer system including policy information
• Maintaining Stationary and office supplies and ordering new stock requirements
