Job Description :

BMC Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Front of House Assistant to join our client who are an award-winning group of financial services and technology companies based in Newburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne.

You will be a key and valued member of Front of House team, playing an important role in the administration and smooth running of the business.

This is a dynamic role that requires an outgoing, organised, and professional person who can work effectively as part of a team.

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for providing an exceptional client experience
  • Greeting and hosting clients and advisers
  • Meeting room management
  • Office presentation
  • Managing reception inbox and administration tasks
  • Booking travel for staff, advisers and clients
  • Assisting and managing events
  • Switchboard
  • Receipt and distribution of mail and parcels
  • Facilities assistance
  • Servicing tea and coffee & lunch
