You will be a key and valued member of Front of House team, playing an important role in the administration and smooth running of the business.
This is a dynamic role that requires an outgoing, organised, and professional person who can work effectively as part of a team.

Your Duties & Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for providing an exceptional client experience
- Greeting and hosting clients and advisers
- Meeting room management
- Office presentation
- Managing reception inbox and administration tasks
- Booking travel for staff, advisers and clients
- Assisting and managing events
- Switchboard
- Receipt and distribution of mail and parcels
- Facilities assistance
- Servicing tea and coffee & lunch
