Position: Receptionist

Salary: £12.21 p/h

Contract: Ad Hoc cover -  Temporary

Location: Rugby

Working Shifts: 8.30am – 4.30pm, 2 days a week (shifts to be confirmed)

Our client require temporary reception cover until their find a permanent receptionist to fulfil this role

This would suit someone who is flexible with their time and is specifically looking for ad hoc temporary assignments

Receptionist duties include:

• Engage with guests and deliver exceptional customer service
• Answer general telephone enquiries
• Assist with any complaints and pass to the manager
• Be customer focused ensuring that all customers are satisfied
• Data entry
• Be responsible for opening and closing the building

Receptionist specification:

Essential

• The ability to work on an ad hoc basis
• Be a team player with bags of enthusiasm and a big smile
• Take pride in your appearance, and proud to be the face of  our client
• Feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment but also be aware of very quiet days on Reception
• Have a friendly, positive and proactive manner
