The Role:
As Receptionist, you will be responsible for the smooth running of the reception area, ensuring all guests and callers receive a positive first impression. You'll also provide essential administrative support to internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting visitors and clients in a professional, friendly manner
- Managing incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
- Booking and preparing meeting rooms
- Maintaining a tidy, organised reception area
- Supporting general office administration including post, filing, and data entry
- Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers as needed
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a reception or customer-facing role (corporate setting preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and strong organisational ability
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive, can-do attitude and strong attention to detail
