RECEPTIONIST Join our client, who is a dynamic and fast-paced fashion brand known for their creativity, innovation and commitment to excellence. Based at their stylish head office, they are seeking a polished and proactive Receptionist to act as the welcoming face of the brand. This front-of-house role is key in creating a positive first impression for visitors and callers, while supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks.RECEPTIONIST ROLE:
- Greeting visitors and clients with warmth and professionalism
- Managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Handling post and courier deliveries
- Maintaining a tidy and stylish reception area in line with brand standards
- Coordinating meeting rooms and setting up for appointments and events
- Supporting office administration, including ordering supplies, handling general enquiries and maintaining contact lists
- Assisting with diary management, travel arrangements and ad hoc tasks as required
RECEPTIONIST ESSENTIALS:
- Having previous experience in a front-of-house, receptionist or customer-facing role, ideally within a fashion, creative or luxury environment
- Demonstrating impeccable personal presentation and communication skills
- Being highly organised with a keen eye for detail
- Being friendly, approachable and confident in dealing with people at all levels
- Being proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using office tech and systems
- Multitasking effectively and remaining calm under pressure
