Description
- Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
- Provide administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation and filing.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
- Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
Profile
A successful Receptionist should have:
- Previous experience in a similar reception or front-of-house role, ideally within the Property industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to handle queries effectively.
- Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
Job Offer
