Location: Burnley Town Centre
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
Benefits: 25 Days Holiday + Pension
Salary: 24,000 - 26,000 dependent upon experience.
Are you a people-person who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to be the friendly face of our busy town centre office.
You’ll be the first point of contact for a wide range of visitors—from professionals and business clients to everyday members of the public—so strong communication skills, a warm attitude, and the ability to juggle tasks are essential.
What you’ll be doing:
Welcoming and assisting visitors with professionalism and care
Handling phone and email enquiries efficiently
Supporting staff and keeping the front desk running smoothly
Managing appointments, deliveries, and general administrative tasks
