Receptionist - Canary Wharf, London

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Canary Wharf, London

Pay: £13 - £14 per hour

Duration: Temporary (2-3 weeks) - Handover/Training included.

Hours: 8:30am-4:30pm (1hr lunch)

Days: Monday - Friday

Start date: Tuesday 1st July

End date: Tuesday 15th July

Responsibilities: Are you ready to be the friendly face of our clients office? As a Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our visitors, and we need someone like you who thrives in a lively environment! Your key responsibilities include:

• Meet & Greet : Welcome guests with a smile and make them feel at home.
• Customer Service : Engage with people stopping by for a chat or asking questions; your friendly demeanour will shine!
• Post Management : Keep our mail organised and sorted into cubbyholes.
• Delivery Management : Sign in larger items and notify the team for collection.
• Office Passes & Permits : Issue office passes and parking permits; training will be provided.
• Incoming Calls : Manage the switchboard and handle calls efficiently.
• Reception Inbox Management : Keep our inbox organised and up to date.
• Adhoc Jobs : Be ready to pitch in wherever needed!

Experience/Skill Set Looking For: We're searching for a Receptionist with:

• Previous reception experience and the ability to complete tasks with ease.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Confidence to interact with a diverse range of people.
