Receptionist wanted for London High-end Law Firm, A Law Firm with new offices are looking for a Receptionist to join their team. Front of House duties and helping the Office Manager with a few admin-based tasks.

FAB DUTIESThis wonderful Receptionist role in a brand-new set-up in which you can develop the first impression to put your stamp on it all. Working within a busy environment where providing first-class 5* service is essential. Duties include:

• Meeting room booking and keeping an eye on any overlaps or cancellations
• Hosting VIP guests regularly 
• Organising catering which on occasions can sometimes be very last minute
• Clearing down and resetting meeting rooms when needed
• Organising and distributing post
• Keeping a record of all stationery and stock checks
• Helping with onsite events

WHO ARE YOU?To be successful, you would need excellent experience in a corporate Receptionist role and enjoy being service orientated.Important other requirements:

• Experience working in a busy receptionist role
• Previously have worked in a corporate environment
• Enjoy working sometimes at fast pace
• Service orientated and great thinking on your feet
• Able to covercome problems
