Receptionist - Tradewind Recruitment : Job Details

Receptionist - Secondary School- Haringey?? Location: Haringey, North London?? Full-Time | Term-Time Only?? £90-£100 per day (depending on experience)

We're currently working with a number of secondary schools in the Haringey area who are looking to appoint professional and approachable receptionists to join their front office teams.

This role would suit someone with prior reception or customer service experience, ideally in a busy environment, who can remain calm, efficient and helpful under pressure.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Welcoming visitors and directing calls or enquiries
• Assisting with signing-in procedures and visitor logs
• Supporting daily admin tasks and managing incoming post and emails
• Maintaining confidentiality and supporting safeguarding procedures

About You:

• Friendly, professional, and confident in person and on the phone
• Comfortable using IT systems (SIMS experience a plus but not essential)
• Well-organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in a school setting is essential
