Pay £ 12.30 per hour

Hours 8am- 4pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and clients with a warm welcome and a smile ??
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly, ensuring excellent customer service
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries ??
• Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area's organisation
• Assist in the preparation of meeting rooms and handle catering requests ??
• Maintain a professional appearance and atmosphere in the reception area

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills ???
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for helping others
