Job Location : City of London, UK
We are currently looking for Receptionists in the City of London to join a financial services company. This role is a 4 months contract which can potentially move into a a perm.
This is paying between £30,000 - £35,000 and previous experience is essential.
The role
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Meet and Greet visitors
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
- Ensure the office area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and stock
- Set you meeting rooms
- Admin duties
