Role: Front of House Location: Central London Salary: up to £40,000a (DOE) A global Private Equity and Investment firm in Central London is seeking an organised and proactive Front of House / Office Coordinator to support a fast-paced and dynamic team. This is an all-encompassing role, where you will take on a variety of front-of-house responsibilities alongside office coordination and administrative support.What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a polished and professional reception area – welcoming clients, guests, and investors
- Acting as the face of the business, delivering exceptional first impressions
- Supporting the wider EA team with ad-hoc admin and coordination tasks
- Overseeing office management duties – liaising with suppliers, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the smooth daily running of the office
- Managing meeting rooms, catering, couriers, and post
- Providing general admin and organisational support across departments as needed
Desirably seeking:
- A warm, personable, and proactive approach with a can-do attitude
- Experience in a similar front-of-house or office support role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment
- Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills
