Receptionist - Reed : Job Details

Reed are currently working with a fantastic property company in the sheffield city centre in the recruitment of a Customer Service Associate. The role will be a 2 months temporary contract so applicants must be immediately available.

Job Title: Customer Service Associate

Position: Full-time Temporary

Length: 2 months

Location: Sheffield

Wage: £11.50 – £13.50

Start Date: Immediate

Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (40 hours per week).

Responsibilities:

• Conduct inventory checks and maintain accurate records.
• Handle reception-related tasks, including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and managing inquiries.
• Assist with flat viewings and provide information to potential tenants.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred.
