Job Description :

My client is looking for a Receptionist/Client Services Representative to work in their outstanding Ashford Serviced offices.

The Role

The successful candidate will play an integral role managing the Business Centre and enhancing the welcome experience for visitors to the building.

Reporting to the Management Team, the candidate will demonstrate excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills, be confident, show attention to detail, enthusiasm, adaptability, ability to multi-task, is highly motivated and proactive with a desire to contribute to the company more widely and a commitment to client/customer service. The ability to work alone and be a team player will be vital.

The candidate will also provide practical support to assist the Projects and Commercial Directors with the day to day sales and operations, which comprises business centre style accommodation and meeting room facilities that are provided in the building.

Accountabilities:

Build a good rapport with all visitors, potential and current business centre and building tenants.

Provide an outstanding visitor and occupier experience.

Assisting the Operation Director and Commercial Director in the day to day operations and sales.

Assisting the building manager to ensure that the building and estate are being managed in accordance with good Estate Management.

Assist in preparing marketing collateral suitable for the centre.

Assist the Commercial Director with viewings when required.

General - Front of House - Meet and greet visitors and tenants of the building.

Customer Service - Monitor the day to day running of the building complex to ensure high standards and report any concerns to the building manager.

Interface with business centre clients on a regular basis to establish that the facilities provided meet with expectations and log and report any issues that may arise to help maintain a high level of customer service throughout.

Liaise with contractors and suppliers delivering services.

Administration - Capture and manage all meeting room bookings, catering items and any ad hoc services provided for month end invoicing.

Salary : 26000 - 28000
