Position: Temporary to Permanent 

Working Hours: Term Time Only, 08:00 - 16:00, Monday to Friday

Hourly Rate: £13.50/£14.00 of hour PAYE

Are you looking for a dynamic role within a vibrant school community? We have an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as a School Receptionist/Administrator in East London.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys interacting with staff, students, and visitors. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our school, with responsibilities that include:

• Monitoring daily staff and visitor sign-ins.
• Ordering and maintaining school refreshments and uniforms.
• Keeping meeting and first aid rooms tidy.
• Ensuring accurate registers for transport/drivers for after-school clubs.
• Providing transport with up-to-date pupil information.
• Supporting and managing inquiries during Parents' Evenings.
• Informing Headteacher/Staff Cover Supervisor of staff absences.
• Providing special leave and sickness absence reports for the Headteacher.

We are looking for someone with excellent organizational and communication skills, who can work independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, and while previous experience in a similar role is desirable, it is not essential.
