Reed Business Support are delighted to be recruiting for  a dynamic and growing manufacturing company committed to excellence in everything they do. We’re now looking for a friendly and highly organised Receptionist/Administrator to be the welcoming face of our business and provide vital administrative support across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide administrative support to various departments (e.g. filing, data entry, document preparation)
  • Manage meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements
  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Support the wider business with admin tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
