We are an independent specialist in property management established since 2008 with a large portfolio of properties in & around London & Essex. Due to expansion, we are looking for an experienced office administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities but not limited to;
- Answering incoming & outgoing calls and emails
- Advertising new property listings
- Process new tenancies
- Assist in the management and coordination of lettings.
- Assisting in the day-to-day running of office.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years experience of office admin in Estate agents desirable
- multilingual. Romanian speaking desirable but not essential
- Good communication and social skills to liaise effectively with tenants, landlords, and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Time management skills and prioritise workload.
Working hours.
- Mon- Thur 9am to 5.30pm. Friday am-5pm.
