We’re currently seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join a dynamic and welcoming business in Teesside on a 2-month temporary contract.Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet & Greet: Be the first point of contact for all visitors, ensuring a warm and professional welcome.
  • Post Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail efficiently and accurately.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Prepare and maintain meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office administration tasks including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A proactive and positive attitude.
