Receptionist & Administrator – Where Creativity Meets Professionalism

Edinburgh | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 37 hrs

Our client is a vibrant corporate creative services provider with stylish offices in Edinburgh and Glasgow. They’re looking for a warm, polished, and highly organised Receptionist Administrator to be the welcoming face of their Edinburgh office and a vital part of their small, friendly facilities team.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Be the first point of contact – greeting clients and handling calls with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage meeting room schedules to keep the day running smoothly
  • Organise couriers, taxis, travel bookings, stationery orders, and incoming/outgoing mail
  • Keep the office stocked and presentable – from refreshments to supplies
  • Handle petty cash reconciliation and accurate copy typing of reports
  • Provide admin support for both Edinburgh and Glasgow offices
  • Assist in coordinating projects, events, and seminars

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a similar Reception/Administrator role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A professional, approachable, and engaging manner
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
