About the RoleAs the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service. You'll handle service bookings, provide updates on repairs, and ensure every customer has a smooth and positive experience from drop-off to pick-up.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule service appointments and manage the daily calendar
- Communicate service updates and repair estimates
- Liaise with technicians and parts departments
- Process payments and handle invoicing
- Maintain accurate records and customer files
- Answer phone calls and respond to enquiries promptly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (automotive industry a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with basic computer systems and booking software
- A positive attitude and team-player mindset
- A valid driver’s license (preferred)
