We are currently looking for a Receptionist / Administrator to support the Operations Team Leader and Head of Operations in the delivery of day-to-day on-site operations by ensuring the smooth running of all front of house activities. This includes welcoming and assisting visitors at reception, delivering excellent customer service to licensees, and promptly addressing enquiries and requests in a professional manner.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- Strong communication, time management and administrative skills along with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a front of house/reception and customer facing environment.
- Knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages (Outlook, Word and Excel).
- Proactive, flexible and have a 'can-do’ attitude.
- Some knowledge and experience of facilities management and health and safety would be an advantage.
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
