- Provide administrative and secretarial support to senior staff
- Manage meeting room bookings and prepare spaces for client visits
- Greet visitors, manage parking arrangements, and serve refreshments
- Answer phones and intercom professionally and efficiently
- Manage incoming/outgoing post and monitor the shared inbox
- Handle petty cash, payments, and banking as required
- Keep supplier and contractor info up to date (utilities, emergency contacts etc.)
- Support client onboarding, including ID checks and legal documentation
- Maintain accurate records on internal databases
- Assist with planning and logistics for local office events
- Keep the office filing and document storage in good order

- Previous experience in an admin or receptionist role (or similar)

- Excellent organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Discretion and integrity when handling confidential information
- A flexible, team-player attitude - but happy working independently too
