Reception Team Leader
Larbey Evans is partnering with a prestigious international law firm to recruit a highly professional Reception Team Leader who delivers exceptional 5-star client service, to join their London office.
- Monday-Friday (10am – 6pm)

The Reception Team Leader will act as Deputy for the Reception Manager in their absence, overseeing a team 9 receptionists who work various shifts between 7:30am – 8pm. The successful candidate must be a team player who is flexible and willing to cover various shifts when required.
Reception Team Leader Key Responsibilities:
- Take a senior role within the Reception team daily, to be available to assist with clients and staff queries, complaints or concerns
- Ensure the smooth running of reception, meet and greet client visitors, ensure meeting rooms are clean, tidy and stocked, answer the telephone and handle any email enquiries
- Liaise with suppliers and internal service providers on immediate and emergency maintenance issues
- Manage team rota with forward planning, considering lunch breaks, training, holidays, appointments, etc.
- Carry out inductions on a weekly basis, or as required, for new starters joining the firm
- Meeting and greeting client visitors, informing relevant parties of their arrival
- Ensuring the smooth planning, organising and running of client seminars and events
- Attending the weekly events meeting and coordinating from a facilities perspective
Reception Team Lead Skills & Requirements:
- Front of House experience within a law firm or professional services in essential
- Proven experience in a supervisory capacity is required for this role
- Condeco / Eptura Engage or other room booking system knowledge
- A general understanding of the business, a sense of clients’ needs and a commitment to delivering quality services
