Reception - Reed : Job Details

Are you looking for a short-term and flexible role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic and well organised individual to cover our Reception area for two weeks from Monday 11th August to Friday 15th August 8am-6pm with an hours break 

As a temporary receptionist, you will be responsible for:

• Meeting and greeting visitors
• Letting staff into the building
• Managing the car park
• Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
• Dealing with couriers and DPD
• Keeping busy reception area tidy
• Dealing with any enquiries 

Ideally you will have experience in a similar role and be available on an immediate basis!
