Office Administrator – Sheffield Business ParkLocation: Sheffield - S9Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience)Hours: 36.5 per week – Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5pm, Friday 8:30am–4pm
We are working with a well-established organisation based in Sheffield, who are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their friendly team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
What you’ll be doing:Managing correspondence (calls, emails, and post)
Handling scheduling and logistics for meetings
Organising and maintaining files
Ordering and managing office supplies
Performing data entry with accuracy
Greeting visitors in a professional manner
Answering phones and emails
Supporting smooth daily office operations and efficient use of resources
Previous administration experience (ideally within a busy office environment)
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems
A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
Competitive salary of £24,000 - £26,500 (DOE)
