Office Administrator – Sheffield Business ParkLocation: Sheffield - S9Salary: £24,000 - £26,500 (depending on experience)Hours: 36.5 per week – Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5pm, Friday 8:30am–4pm

We are working with a well-established organisation based in Sheffield, who are looking for a proactive and organised Office Administrator to join their friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Managing correspondence (calls, emails, and post)

  • Handling scheduling and logistics for meetings

  • Organising and maintaining files

  • Ordering and managing office supplies

  • Performing data entry with accuracy

  • Greeting visitors in a professional manner

  • Answering phones and emails

  • Supporting smooth daily office operations and efficient use of resources

What we’re looking for:
  • Previous administration experience (ideally within a busy office environment)

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and general IT systems

  • A positive, proactive attitude and a willingness to get stuck in
