Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting for a creative Reception Class Teacher for a Primary School in the Saltley area. This is a full time role to start in June 2024 and will continue until the end of the academic year - this role will likely continue into the new academic year also. You will be expected to take on the full class teacher duties and responsibilities including planning, marking and assessments etc. This position is open to experienced teachers and strong ECTs. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Saltley Position - EYFS Teacher Type of work - Reception Class Teacher Contract or position start date - June 2024 Duration / Likely Duration - Ongoing Contract or position end date (if applicable) - July 2024 TBC Contract type (temp/perm/temp to perm) - Temporary Full time/part time - Full time Minimum rate of pay - Minimum rate GBP160 per day Hours - 8:30 am - 4pm : Mon - Fri (term time only) EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS QTS Teaching experience in the UK / EYFS knowledge and experience Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide two professional child related references that cover at least the last two years OTHER If you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
