Commercial Property Solicitor – Molesey

A respected high street firm in Surrey/West London (Molesey) is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor to support an equity partner with their exciting and varied caseload. 

Your role will involve managing your own caseload of matters, liaising with clients directly and attending business development events on behalf of the firm.

As the new Commercial Property Solicitor, your caseload will include:

• Acquisitions and disposals
• Property finance
• Leases
• Assignments

Clients you will work within include business owners, landlords and investors. 

To be successful with your Commercial Property Solicitor application you must:

• Have experience managing a caseload of commercial property/real estate matters
• Be NQ – 3 PQE as a Solicitor
• Have good academic results (2:1 degree)
