Real Estate Solicitor - G2 Legal Limited : Job Details

Our client is a reputable Legal 500 law firm with offices across Scotland. Due to organic growth, this well-recognised Real Estate team seeks a Real Estate - Renewable Solicitor to join its team based in Glasgow.

The successful candidate will have over 2+ years’ of PQE within a reputable firm and previous experience working on renewable energy transactions.

You will be working on some of Scotland's largest and most cutting-edge renewable projects, working with new technologies such as

• Hydro
• Tidal
• Solar
• Biomass district heating
• Battery storage
• Wind (Onshore and offshore)

Your role will involve a wide range of duties such as but not limited to:

• dealing with options and leases for renewables projects
• Getting involved with large-scale, high-value renewable projects
• Preparing and negotiating certificates of title to support asset transfer and financing
• Collaborating on large complex projects with colleagues in different practice areas across the firm

The successful candidate will have a real enthusiasm and passion for working within the renewable energy sector and will be competent in managing their busy caseload.
