Real Estate Paralegal - RedLaw : Job Details

We are partnering with a leading London law firm who are looking for a Real Estate Paralegal to join their market-leading team. This is a permanent opportunity that will offer opportunities for career development.

As a Paralegal in the Real Estate department, you will support the Partners and other fee earners across a broad range of legal tasks and services.

Your primary focus will be on asset management matters (acting on behalf of landlords), where you will manage your own caseload under the supervision of a Partner or Senior Associate. You will also cover Occupier work (acting for owner-occupiers and tenants), Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases of commercial property.

Role responsibilities:

• Providing excellent service to clients
• Taking on work from partners and associates and managing own caseload
• Making reports under partner supervision
• Taking on ad-hoc tasks as required
• Keeping up-to-date with the relevant law

Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 Law degree and strong A Levels
• Successful completion of the Legal Practice Course
• A minimum of six months experience within a property department in private practice
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
