- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to a team of real estate lawyers
- Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence
- Efficient diary and email management
- Apply for property searches and manage associated documentation
- Complete and submit SDLT forms accurately
- Prepare and manage Land Registry applications
- Handle file closures and archiving in line with firm protocols
- Undertake general office administration duties to support the wider legal team
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within real estate/commercial property
- Strong typing and document formatting skills (audio & copy)
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confidence using legal software and online portals (e.g Land Registry, HMRC SDLT)
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage a varied workload
