A well-respected national law firm is seeking a Plot Sales Lawyer (NQ-2 PQE) to join its thriving Real Estate team in Uxbridge. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dedicated residential development team handling high-volume plot sales work for major housebuilders and developers.

The RoleYou will work closely with an experienced team advising national and regional developers on residential plot sales and site set-ups, including:* Managing a caseload of residential plot sales from reservation to completion* Drafting contracts, transfers, and other transactional documentation* Assisting with large-scale development site set-ups* Liaising with clients, agents, and buyers' solicitors to ensure smooth transactions* Supporting senior fee earners with broader residential development matters

What We're Looking For* A qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 0-2 years' PQE* Proven experience in plot sales and residential development work (as a solicitor, trainee, or paralegal)* Excellent drafting and case management skills* Commercial awareness and strong client service ethos* Ability to manage volume work efficiently in a team-based environment
