The Opportunity

As a Real Estate Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of mid-corporate clients in the residential real estate sector. This is not your traditional high-volume residential business; instead, you will work closely with managing agents to oversee large portfolios. They are seeking a candidate with strong technical knowledge, a proven track record in retaining and winning accounts, and the ability to seamlessly take over an existing book of business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop relationships with mid-corporate clients focused on residential real estate, including managing agents and property owners.
• Take ownership of an existing book of business, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Utilise your strong technical knowledge to provide expert advice and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Identify opportunities for growth within the existing client base and develop strategies for retaining and winning accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and projects.

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Previous experience in a real estate account management or similar role, preferably within mid-corporate residential real estate.
• Strong technical knowledge of real estate principles, regulations, and market trends.
• Proven track record of retaining and winning accounts in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Relevant real estate qualifications or certifications preferred.
